RETENTION SPECIALIST/JOB DEVELOPER – MWSny: Under the direction and supervision of the Deputy Director, serves on the MWSny team with primary job development, placement and retention duties. Continuously contact placed participants and associated employers to foster retention and meet prescribed 30, 90, 180 day and 1-2 year milestones. Develop retention-based contacts with small, medium and large business subscribers. Continually work with participants to overcome barriers to retaining employment and to keep from failing on a job. Develop personalized Retention Plans for program participants.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in job retention with participants with multiple barriers to employment, successful past job retention track record of meeting above referenced milestones, strong retention management abilities, current well-established and diversified job retention strategies and tactics, computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, database access and navigation, on-line job searching), well-developed retention skills, excellent written and oral communications skills as well as keen interpersonal skills, strong organization and planning capabilities, ability to interact effectively with all populations served, ability to speak, read and write the English Language, and Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - HEALTH SERVICES: Under the supervision and guidance of the Medical Director, provides clinical and medical services for the agency to ensure that optimal quality services are rendered to all clients in a manner consistent with current medical practices and in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Qualifications: Current Physician Assistant License in the State of New York issued by the Bureau of Licensing - NYSDOH, eligibility or certification as an HIV Specialist in the State of New York, 2 years experience with management of HIV and population served, preferably within substance abuse treatment program(s), excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to speak, read and write Spanish preferred.

REGISTERED NURSE – COLLEGE AVENUE: Provide coordinated nursing care to residents of College Avenue. This is a part time position.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a current NYS RN license, a minimum of two years nursing experience in a residential setting, and preferable experience working with SPMI population.

SUPERVISOR-CASA BANOME: Manages and oversees all operation including systems, policies and procedures, supervision of staff, strategic planning and implementation of procedures, clinical processes, quality assurance activities, reporting systems, environmental, social services, food services of this 35 bed transitional facility for women located in a residential section of the Northeast Bronx.
Qualifications: Masters Degree, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field, Qualified Health Professional (QHP)/CASAC and 5+years experience in supervision or management in a residential setting, preferably in a substance treatment setting, outstanding communication and analytical skills, exceptional leadership and team building skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
