In association with: Councilman Ritchie Torres, 48 Pct. Community Council Phipps Neighborhoods, and VIP Community Services

Tuesday, August 7, 2018 | 4pm–8pm
187th Street (Between Arthur Avenue & Belmont)

VIP Community Services and the New York Police Department (NYPD) are working together as community partners for National Night Out, a nationwide effort to partner law enforcement and the communities they serve in a positive way. The NYPD coordinates in each borough through their local precinct for the event. Our precinct is #48 in Bronx County. Each year, this event is held on a different street or area within each precinct, and this year’s event will be held at 187 & 188 Street & Hughes Avenue.

VIP Community Services and other community-based organizations will be displaying information about their many programs. It’s a fun event with police manning booths and playing games with the children, pony rides, hot dogs, burgers, ices, ice cream, and popcorn (carnival style) at no cost to the community.
