How to Get the COVID-19 Vaccine at VIP

VIP Community Services is offering the COVID-19 vaccine as supply arrives and in accordance with state and city guidelines. We are currently vaccinating all individuals six months of age and older. We are also providing booster shots.

Please call us at 718-466-8244 to make an appointment to receive the vaccine. If you have questions about the vaccine before making a vaccine appointment, please schedule an in-person or telehealth visit with your primary care provider. Continue to Protect Yourself

Until you are fully vaccinated, continue to protect yourself and others from getting COVID-19. Continue to:

  • Wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose when around others
  • Stay 6 feet away from others
  • Wash your hands often
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoid crowds

VIP provides Paxlovid

About the Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson Vaccines

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is now fully approved by the FDA. The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are currently authorized under the FDAs’ emergency use authorization but are anticipated to receive full approval in the coming months. VIP administers the Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines for the prevention of COVID-19. Moderna and Pfizer vaccines require two doses to be fully vaccinated and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine requires one dose.
