Thank you for your interest in joining VIP. Should you be selected for an interview, you will need to bring the following:

  • Updated resume
  • Copy of your highest degree obtained
  • Copy of certification or license¬†and¬†registration

If you are selected for a position, please note you will need the following before being cleared for work:

  • A completed health assessment form
  • A negative COVID-19 viral test (less than 5 days old) or positive COVID-19 antibody test (less than 3 months old)
  • Clinical staff such as nurses, physicians or CASACs will also need to complete an Internal Appointment Application
  • Background check
  • Drug test
