VIP’s Residential Treatment services are designed to support individuals who may be unable to participate in treatment without 24-hour support. Residential services provide a safe, structured, and substance-free environment for individuals whose substance use has had a negative impact on a wide range of life areas including medical, mental health, legal, housing and employment.

VIP’s residential services promote recovery through individual and group counseling, medical/psychiatric assessment, medication management, vocational services, peer support, independent living skill training and discharge planning.

VIP provides all three elements of residential care (Stabilization, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration services) offered under NYS OASAS Part 820.
