Community Health Workers are trusted community members who serve as liaisons between health and social services in their immediate communities. They advocate for other community members, identify resources, and help improve their health outcomes.
VIP Community Services will help you prepare a strong application for the Community Health Worker (CHW) certification program run by the Institute for Training Outreach and Community Health (InTOuCH) at Columbia University. See below for more information.
