VIP offers round-the-clock access to assist New Yorkers in need of addiction treatment services and can provide immediate education, assessments and referrals to treatment at any time of day or night. If immediate crisis intervention or medically stabilizing services are needed, we will connect you to our network of community partners and arrange transportation if needed.
For those seeking admissions to VIP’s substance used disorder treatment services, a comprehensive screening process will determine the most appropriate level of care including VIP’s Opioid Treatment Program, Outpatient Services, and/or Residential Services.

Transportation Information
Take the 2 or 5 train to 174th Street in the Bronx (Exit the station on the north side of the street). Walk north along Southern Blvd. towards Crotona Park East (CTown and Dunkin’ Donuts should be on your left). Turn left on E. 176th Street and walk 4 blocks to VIP Community Services at 770 E. 176th St.
